1. Introduction

Welcome to Digital Nomad Council (“DNC”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DNC websites, applications, communities, educational platforms, events, memberships, software, digital assets, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By accessing or using any DNC Service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

Digital Nomad Council (DNC) is the trading name of Digital Nomad Forum Association Inc. and its affiliated entities, projects, platforms, and initiatives.

You are solely responsible for content you publish or share.

Information, training, mentoring, consulting, and educational content provided through DNC are intended for informational and professional development purposes only.

DNC does not guarantee:

9. Events, Webinars, and Conferences

Participation in DNC events, webinars, conferences, workshops, and programs is voluntary.
