Manifesto

A spectre is haunting the world. the specter of the AI-enabled Digital Age. 

This specter shifting the old-world order where states, industry, and academia cling to their crumbling towers, unable to contain the transformation that unfolds beneath them.

Across history, order has always rested with those who owned the dominant asset of their time:

in the tribal age it was land and kinship;
in the feudal age, estates and titles;
in the industrial age, factories and machines;
and in the information age, corporations and data.

But now, in the age of artificial intelligence, the engines of wealth have shifted once again. Value no longer flows through soil, smoke, or steel, but through digital assets:
The code, channels, models, communities, and content that transcend borders and time, forming the new architecture of global power.

This leads to formation a new borderless class of people owning digital assets that shape the new world order. They may be called digital nomads, the individual who master the skills that lead to formation of digital assets that outperform traditional assets.   In a new disrupted AI world, fundamental technical skills are shaping future where industry is demanding, academia less likely to train and states need to adjust the policy to address the gap. 

The new forming class, digital nomads are those who master these skills that lead to formation of digital asset such as data pipe , application , YouTube channel …

However , our world is not ready yet for this transformation , academia is crumbling to train new individual and states are not able to catch the new storm in forming. This requires a push from civic society to participate in this change and deliver results. Digital nomad council is an endeavor from academia with industry backing aimed at state collaboration to address these life changing event.

The era of the borderless class has begun.
